Since 1994, the European Federation of Cluniac Sites (Fédération des Sites Clunisiens) has been working to :
- Reconnect the Cluniac sites in Europe
- Raise awareness of the history of Cluny
- Enhance and promote the Cluniac heritage
More than 200 sites in 8 European countries and around a hundred cultural associations are part of the federation, promoting the Cluniac heritage.
The federation is currently preparing the ‘Cluny and the Cluniac sites’ application for UNESCO World Heritage status.
